Probably the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way to find new clients is to utilize your current customer base and your social network.

Referrals are the best tactic to getting more leads because they are coming from someone who already trusts you. These leads are the most likely to turn into paying clients, since there’s already a level of rapport from the start. Not to mention that you can get referrals without having to spend a dime.

You also want to make sure that you are generously referring your own network to help your current clients. This further builds rapport, and later on a client will be more likely to refer you to someone who they value and trust since they have gained insight and knowledge from you.
